DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCESSING AND CATEGORIES OF DATA SUBJECTS
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), Tecnomec Sud S.r.l., hereby informs you that the personal data collected upon registration at the company reception desk will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned regulation, in order to safeguard the rights, fundamental freedoms, and dignity of natural persons, with particular regard to confidentiality and personal identity.
Data collection refers to visitors to company offices (Customers, Potential customers, Candidates for employment, Consultants and freelancers, Agents and representatives, Members, associates and members, Suppliers: employees, Entrepreneurs, Family members of the interested party, Suppliers).
TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED AND SOURCES OF DATA
During visitor registration, the following personal data may be collected: name, address, or other personally identifiable information. This data is provided by the interested party.
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
- Internal control services.
- Access management: Access is permitted only to those with prior authorization for the security of company assets and the protection of individuals.
LEGAL BASIS
For purposes 1: Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.
For purposes 2: Processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller or third parties.
RECIPIENTS AND CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
The personal data processed by the Data Controller is not disclosed.
However, they may be disclosed to employees of the Data Controller, to external parties who collaborate with the Data Controller and are designated as Data Processors or authorized to process data as they operate under the authority of the Data Controller. All employees, consultants, temporary workers, and/or any other "natural persons" authorized to process data and who carry out their activities based on instructions received from Tecnomec Sud S.r.l., pursuant to Article 29 of the GDPR, are designated "Authorized Data Processors." Tecnomec Sud S.r.l. provides them with appropriate operating instructions, with particular reference to the adoption and compliance with security measures, in order to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data.
Your personal data will be shared with the following third parties: companies and professionals act as Data Processors appointed by Tecnomec Sud S.r.l. or are themselves Data Controllers of the personal data transmitted to them.
An updated list of Data Processors may be requested at any time from the Data Controller.
Tecnomec Sud S.r.l. remains obligated to communicate data to public authorities upon specific request.
TRANSFER ABROAD
The data is processed at the Data Controller’s operational facilities and at any other location where the parties involved in the processing are located; therefore, the Data Controller does not transfer this personal data to third countries or to international organizations.
However, the Company reserves the right to use cloud services; in such cases, service providers will be selected from among those that offer adequate safeguards, as required by Article 46 of the GDPR 2016/679. For the processing of any information and data that may be disclosed to these parties, the Company will require them to adopt levels of protection equivalent to those used for the processing of its employees’ personal data. In any case, only the data necessary to achieve the intended purposes will be disclosed.
DURATION OF TREATMENT
The processing will last no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected. Data will be retained for 12 months for security reasons.
METHOD AND NATURE OF THE CONTRIBUTION
Your data is collected and recorded lawfully and fairly for the purposes indicated above, in accordance with the principles and requirements set forth in Article 5(1) of the GDPR.
Personal data is processed using manual, computerized, and electronic means, in accordance with procedures strictly related to the purposes for which the data is collected, and in a manner that ensures its security and confidentiality.
Your consent is not required for data collected and used for purposes related to the performance of activities related to the contractual relationship and compliance with the indicated legal obligations. Failure to provide the above personal data will make it impossible to continue with the relationship in question. Your consent is not required for data collected and used for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller (art. 6, letter f, GDPR). Providing the above personal data is optional but necessary for the performance of the services offered by the Data Controller. Any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to provide all or part of the requested services.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
In accordance with, and subject to the limits and conditions set forth in the applicable data protection laws regarding the exercise of data subjects’ rights (Articles 15 through 21 of the GDPR), with respect to the processing described in this privacy notice, users, as data subjects, may exercise certain rights regarding the data processed by the Data Controller.

Requests are submitted free of charge and processed by the Data Controller as quickly as possible, and in any case within one month.
AUTOMATED PROCESS
Under no circumstances, with regard to the processing activities listed below, does the Data Controller engage in processing that involves automated decision-making based on the personal data of individuals.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying Users via email and on the Website. The Data Controller will obtain the Data Subject’s consent again, if necessary.
